The Seneca Scholarship Application Deadline March 1, 2020
Three scholarships in the amounts of $10,000. $7,000, and $5,000 are applicable to all senior high school students no matter their GPA, SAT score, or financial need. We will be looking at no other standard than simply the essay we receive from you. Your essay should be 5-7 pages in length. You must hold three in-person interviews with people who are connected to the Natural Resource Industry. Your essay should be themed around, but no limited to, this question: "What are the benefits of active forest management to the forest and to the community?" COSA Scholarships Application Deadline: March 2, 2020
Each year COSA sponsors or assists in processing twelve $1,000 college scholarships. These scholarships are given to Oregon seniors attending a 2 or 4 year college or university, trade, or professional/technical school. Applications must be post marked by March 2, 2020. Results are announced in April.
Greenfield Peace Writing Scholarship Application Deadline: March 2, 2020
Any 11th or 12th grade Oregon high school student may enter. Three scholarships will be given out in the amounts of $1000, $750, and $500.

Douglas County 4-H Scholarships Application Deadline: March 2, 2020
The Douglas County 4-H Leaders Association is proud to offer up to five 4-H scholarships to graduating seniors or continuing education students who have been active in the Douglas County 4-H program. Scholarships are $500 or more, depending on the scholarship and eligibility. 2020 Oregon Community Leadership Scholarship Application Deadline March 6, 2020
The Oregon Community Leadership Scholarship is awarded each academic year to four Oregon graduating high school seniors headed to an in-state university, college or trade school. It is a four-year renewable scholarship at $4,000 per year ($16,000 total per student).
Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria: achieve a high school diploma or GED in the state of Oregon, have completed an application to at least one Oregon collegiate program (college or trade school), committed to attend an Oregon college or trade school in the 2020/21 academic year, completed standardized testing required for program admission (SAT or ACT), proof of community involvement/volunteerism, and have financial need. Cascade Community Credit Union's Pathfinder Scholarships Application Deadline: March 13, 2020
Cascade Community Credit Union is offering scholarships to students who have not graduated from high school more than two years prior to application. Applicants will be considered based on the following criteria; academic achievement, special achievements, written statement, demonstrated responsibility in school, work and community service activities, leadership, financial need and letters of recommendation. Applicant must be a member of Cascade Community Federal Credit Union with an account in his or her name.
Barbara L Weaver-Godsey Scholarship Application Deadline: March 15, 2020
The Barbara L Weaver-Godsey Scholarship Fund was established by Mary and Britton Weaver in 2012 to honor the memory of their daughter Barbara L Weaver-Godsey (1999-2009). This scholarship is dedicated to students who love learning and want to share that by going into the education field, by providing a scholarship that supports dedicated high school seniors from Douglas County, Oregon that have the passion to pursue a career in the education field.
Douglas County Farm Bureau Scholarship Application Deadline: March 15, 2020
Applicant must be either pursuing a field of study in agriculture or forestry or be a child/grandchild of a voting Douglas County Farm Bureau member (in which case any major will be considered). Masonic Lodge Memorial Scholarships Application Deadline: March 15, 2020
Multiple scholarships will be given to Douglas County Residents. Financial need not a determining factor for the winner of this scholarship. The likelihood of an applicant's success in a chosen profession, their ability to contribute to society after completing their education and their good moral character shall be major considerations for selection.

This a $5700 renewable scholarship for a Sutherlin High School senior who is planning on attending the University of Oregon.
Oregon PTA's Teacher Education Scholarship Application Deadline: March 30, 2020
This scholarship is for Oregon residents studying for a teaching degree at an Oregon public university or college. Oregon community colleges which transfer credit in education to an Oregon four-year public institution also qualify. The scholarship is a one time, $500 award. Cow Creek Scholarship Application Deadline: April 1, 2020
One $1500 scholarship will be given to a Sutherlin High School Graduating Senior who will be attending Umpqua Community College fall of 2019. Oregon Pacific Bank Scholarship Application Deadline: April 3, 2020
The Oregon Pacific Bank scholarship was established in 1981 to encourage and recognize outstanding high school seniors in our communities. Six scholarships are awarded annually, for the amount of $1,000 each. Applications are due to Oregon Pacific Bank no later than the first Friday in April.
Altrusa International Scholarship Application Deadline: April 3, 2020
The Altrusa Scholarship is designed to honor outstanding seniors from Douglas, Roseburg, Glide, Sutherlin or Oakland High Schools providing minimum requirements met. These students will be honored at an Altrusa meeting in the spring and a total up to $3,500 will be awarded on May 28, 2020.
Friends of NRA Scholarships Application Deadline: April 3, 2020
The Oregon State Friends of NRA is proud to renew its Scholarship Program for 2020. Friends of NRA Scholarships Applications are scored by a team of judges on 5 criteria: (a) GPA, (b) List of Extracurricular, Community Volunteerism and Sports Activities (c) an Essay, (d) a Personal Statement, and (e) Letter of Recommendation. Friends of NRA Scholarships are offered to graduating seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Applicants must currently be enrolled in an accredited or equivalent high school.

Douglas County Pomona Grange Scholarship Application Deadline: April 10, 2020
The Douglas County Pomona Grange will award a scholarship of $500 to a deserving student from Douglas County. The student must be a resident of Douglas County, a graduating senior or currently enrolled in a college/university or other training school.
Hannah Family Perpetual Foundation Scholarship Application Deadline: April 13, 2020
This is a $500 scholarship that will be awarded to a Sutherlin High School senior enrolled in a college or trade school fall 2019.
Sutherlin High School Booster Club Scholarship Application Deadline: April 17, 2020
This scholarship is open to Sutherlin High School graduating seniors with a minimum 2.5 GPA. You must have participated in school related extra curricular activities, clubs, or sports to eligible for this scholarship.
Oregon Jaycee Foundation Scholarship Application Deadline: April, 17 ,2020
The Oregon Jaycee Foundation will award up to 42,000 in scholarships to several graduating Oregon high school seniors in the Class of 2020. The among of the scholarship is a one-time grant. The final selection of a recipient will be based on the following criteria: leadership qualities, personal accomplishments and community service.

Twin Peaks Off Road Scholarship Application Deadline: April 30,2020
Twin Peaks Off Road scholarship is open to students applying to trade schools. This includes automotive, welding or industry related schools. Sutherlin Education Association will be awarding scholarships to Sutherlin High School graduating seniors based on the applicant's community and/or school activities, leadership, GPA, personal essay, and three letters of recommendation. Horatio Alger Career and Technical Education Scholarship Application Deadline: June 15, 2020
