Radmer is an Umpqua Valley native, born in Roseburg and raised in both Sutherlin and Oakland.
​
She's been an employee for Sutherlin School District since 2012. She started off working as a cafeteria assistant and has been with SVOA since its opening in 2015.
​
Radmer has been married for over 20 years and has two kids. She is also a 4-H leader in Douglas County.
